MuseVid terms of use

These terms cover MuseVid, the music video studio of WhisperLooms Pty Ltd ("WhisperLooms", "we"): the MuseVid uploader and the MuseVid videos on whisperlooms.com/musevid.
YouTube
The MuseVid uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using the MuseVid uploader, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. MuseVid videos are hosted on YouTube, and watching them is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and how MuseVid handles it is in our MuseVid privacy notice.
The MuseVid uploader
- It is an internal tool for WhisperLooms' own channel, @musevid. It is not offered to the public.
- Uploading to YouTube happens only when the person running the uploader asks for it and confirms what will be uploaded, to which channel, and with what visibility.
- You can stop using it at any time and revoke its access, as the privacy notice explains.
The videos
MuseVid songs and videos are the creative work of WhisperLooms and the people whose stories they tell. You are welcome to watch and share them through YouTube; please don't re-upload or alter them without asking us first.
